Davits
In accordance with EU regulations, all cranes must be inspected annually. These belong to the part of the equipment that is used most frequently and their daily use notably wears down its components, which can cause a breakdown or, in the worst case, a very dangerous failure risking your life and that of your employees.
At MTS we have extensive experience in crane inspections and we carry them out both on land and at sea. We perform inspections of all levels, from installation to modernization and also in-service inspections. Our well-trained inspectors can immediately identify when quality is not up to standard. The MTS engineering team is authorized to perform crane services by most flags and classification societies in collaboration with various companies in the sector.
Lifeboats
On any ship, one of the most important devices is lifeboats. In an emergency situation, you want to be able to get out of the boat quickly and have a safe place to be until rescued. Regardless of how the boat is built, it should be tested regularly to ensure its absolute safety. At MTS we carry out lifeboat inspections around the world in collaboration with various companies in the sector.
